Fragility...

We love from a place of brokenness and intuition created through trauma, of seeing the world and people within it for who they are...
Many would incorrectly label some as people-pleasers...hoping to be loved, to be liked, afraid to disagree or confidently speak their minds...there are these souls longing for kindness, for compassion...however, survivors, lost ones, those put through the grinding wheel of trauma and pain look to love, to impart kindness and compassion in hopes of never having anyone ever feel the impact of cruelty.
Loving from a place of heartache and sorrow builds, mends, repairs inner workings of those hearts...speaking of grace, of mercy, creates stepping stones to higher places, to higher spaces for weary souls, for tired and worn feet upon a path of such distress it staggers the mind.
I have spoken to so many such souls...worn down, weary of the world and its apathy to issues of evil being born upon the heads of women, of children...
I have sat in silence in circles of unspoken heartache, tears and distraught faces...words unnecessary, hands held in support and solidarity...
I have witnessed brokenness of such magnitude it drops me to my knees, head bowed in tears and prayers of supplication for such weariness, such grief to fill an ocean....
This morning I cling to the love of a few, to words of encouragement from kind hearts...most of all I lean in to a God who never leaves nor forsakes...I have felt such sweet love I cannot begin to describe in words as I rest my head upon pillow before sleep takes me. I rest in a knowledge born of experience, but oh, it does not end there, no. This love grows, it swells, it burgeons to heights previously unknown...
"Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Romans 8:37-39
May God richly bless you with love, with grace, with mercy...May He enfold, comfort, and bring peace in the midst of chaos...no matter the circumstances, you are not alone, never alone. You are watched over, loved beyond measure and without reservation, always.
