As I lay in bed for a moment drinking in the sounds of the wind moving through the trees, taking a moment to wake fully I felt such goodness, such hope... life is good, life is full, life is precious...oh I get tired, I stumble over emotions and moments of loneliness but at the base of things I see and know peace...I see and know joy...I see and know grace, forgiveness, loving kindness and a hope that grows with each day.
No matter what we may experience in our hearts, no matter the feelings that rise up from the depths...they are just that...they are leftovers from the past...they are residual ghosts, remnants reminding you of healing, of the journey your feet must walk. They are important and real...they may remain in some manner for the rest of our lives, however dear hearts...however....they will lose their power with each appearance, with each releasing... with grace and forgiveness, with understanding and compassion given wings to fly away on the winds of change.
God is good my friends...He is faithful to heal and repair each tear, each rip in your spirit, each rent in your heart and soul...mending with a love that never ends, that resides as unfathomable as the deepest ocean, as vast as the universe and all its components.
Do not give up on hope, rather face the day with courage and strength knowing you are loved without compare, cherished for who you are. Turn your face to the sun and know your worth dear hearts, always and forever.
Go with God today and walk tall, stand proud and speak your truth with love, with grace, with understanding and compassion for the broken hearts that walk this earth as you do. You have so much to give...oh I know, you are so tired...feel so broken...so damaged...and yet you continue to hand out kindness, you continue to smile and love those who come into your circle....you have this fight...you have a Father who loves, who strengthens, who heals.
There is light at the end of the tunnel...there is love and peace, joy and laughter...there is, truly.
